Sri Siri Investments, LLC NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF FORSYTH Under and by virtue of the power of sale (the "Power of Sale") contained in that certain Deed to Secure Debt (the "Security Deed") given by Sri Siri Investments, LLC to Chandra M. Sivalingam and recorded in Deed Book 9537, Page 142-148 of the Forsyth County, Georgia Records, on August 14, 2020, conveying the after-described property, through the open-end provisions therein, to secure that certain Promissory Note (the "Note") from Sri Siri Investments, LLC to Chandra M. Sivalingam dated August 14, 2020, in the original principal amount of Three Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-Five and No/100 Dollars ($375,785.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, whereas, Chandra M. Sivalingam is the present owner and holder thereof, there will be a sale at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Forsyth County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday of May, 2026 (May 5, 2026) the following described property (the "Property"): All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 456, 2nd District, 1st Section, Forsyth County, Georgia, being Lot 357, Traditions, Phase 7A-3, as per Plat recorded in Plat Book 188, Pages 87-95, Forsyth County, Georgia records, which plat is hereby referred to and made a part of this description. Being property more commonly known as 3935 Dorchester Lane, Cumming, Georgia, according to the current system of number houses in Forsyth County, Georgia. 3935 Dorchester Lane, Cumming, GA 30040 The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying same and, additionally, all expenses of this sale, as provided in the Security Deed and by law, including without limitation attorney's fees (the statutory notice of intent to collect attorney's fees having been served).
